Ways to achieved healthy lifestyle
First Breakfast
In the morning i eat batchoy to make my day energize. 

                                           
                                                            

2nd exercise
After i go to oval to stretch my body 
and to make my body in a good condition.

 
3rd lunch
and after exercise i go to McDonalds to have my lunch.

4th dinner 

After i eat my favorite meal for my dinner 
         





BED TIME
Its time to take a rest.
